Five-storey residential block in a quite neighborhood in Ayios Andreas ΠΕΧ area. The building successfully obtained full planning and building permits, and construction was ready to commence. Before construction began, the client reassessed the long‑term development strategy for the property. Due to evolving operational needs and market considerations, the client requested a complete programmatic shift: From residential to office use. 

The architectural team undertook a full redesign of the project to accommodate the new program.
